Simple Cover Car Insurance

My car is covered by a Simple Cover Policy and I am about to move house so I need to inform them of a change of address.
BUT, I have noticed that there is a £21 charge for any amendments to the poilcy, and a further £10.50 charge for a replacement set of policy documents.
My question is, can they do this? It can't possibly cost them £21 to change 4 lines on a screen? or £10.50 to print two sheets of paper off.
Or should I stop whinging and just cough up, and accept that the saving was not worth the extra hassle?
Thanks

Similar question about the Simple £25.00 charge - different circumstances came up recently - and got resolved. Hope yours does too - but they are upfront about the fee for changes - good luck.

^EDIT* - Either inflation has gone way out of control OR I mistyped £21.00 as £25.00 - ooops! If many little people, in many little places, do many little things,
they can change the face of the world.

Thanks, I'll give them a ring (on the geographical number of course
) and see what they say. 0 -

Be aware also that the risk might have changed and you might have to pay more premium too.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0
