what if i have 2 accounts????

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hi , can anyone answer this for me? I have 2 seperate accounts with Halifax- can I claim for both at same time with one letter or or they have to be treated seperately? Dont want to pay £20 if only need to pay £10.
