Ok, keep an open mind, but i have looked into the possibility of becoming an escort to supplement my income.

I spoke to a company yesterday who told me that they get plenty of work and pay 150 pounds an hour and minimum booking is for three hours. BUT, i would have to pay a 300 pound registration fee. Seemed a bit suspect to me so thought i would look elsewhere.

Anyone any advice or tips, experience even.

I'd stay clear of any agency asking you to pay a registration fee. Also the three hour minimum booking fee is a bit much, in my personal opinion. I'm sure there are plenty of other agencies out there, if you really want to get work via an agency.

The alternative is to go independant, but you would have to be in an area where male escorts were quite popular. It would also be dependant on whether you were looking for male or female clients??

Hi Steve,
An old friend of mine, paid a fee to become an escort and he never saw that money again or any ladies for that matter!!! Also another friend of mine was a male escort somehwre in London quite a few years ago now, and he said that the company say in no uncertain terms that you do whatever your client wants!!! Thats the same for a few lady escorts I know too I'm afraid....but you might like that idea i dont know!!! Just thought Id let you know of my experience! Some agency's might be brilliant but I certainly wouldn't pay a fee up front.

I would only be interested in Ladies, and apparently you can do just as a companion, ie, go out to dinner and events.

Cant imagine there is much to be worried about to be honest. Just cant imagine a lady paying a guy to go out with them, would anyone do it themselves?

actually youd be surprised just how much call there are for male escorts, a lady likes to be worshipped at times after all, many women are very career wise nowadays and just dont have time for the dating scene, therefore going with a companion and knowing where you both stand is perfect really.
theres no harm at all in giving it a go, but obviously be prepared for those who might want things to get more intimate later on hehe but im guessing your training will be intensive anyway but good luck if you do go ahead x

Thanks Emmy, I dont mind who they were to be honest, i get on with most people.

Surely got to be better than working in a call centre! I could quiet easily go out for dinner with some rich businesswomen, talking about current affairs!

I personally wouldn't, but I'm only 22 and am in a relationship, but I'm sure plenty of women would, especially women of a certain age although career girls are on the up as Emmy said. You might even meet a nice lady out of it, it does happen!! The friend that used to be a male escort said he used to get the older ladies a lot!!
But why on earth not....i say go for it!!! Whats the worst that can happen....if she trys it on and you're not interested, just say "no sorry, its against company policy!!!" so as not to offend and then leave quickly!!! Good Luck, hope you find a good company to work for!

There's no harm in giving it a go, especially if you're in an area where there's lots of career women who might be willing to hire a male escort. I'd imagine there might be more call for this kind of service from those kind of women, but I might be wrong in saying that?

I know that there's loads of female escorts who get emails from guys such as yourself asking them for hints and tips on what it takes to be an escort, but in all honesty, (in my opiniont) it's totally different for a female working in that business, than it is for a male.

Why not post an advert somewhere indepandantly and see how you get on, maybe place an advert in your local paper or something like that? At least then, you can set your own rates and know that you don't have to share it with anyone else, other than the tax man
