Is anyone able to anwer this question?
I have 5 years or more protected no claims discount with my motor insurer.
I have had 1 accident in 2004 & 1 in 2001, both my fault.
When filling in forms with other insureres on-line, do I declare these accidents, or because the NCD is protected, do I just declare 5 years or more no claims discount.
Thanks in advance

Both
You can claim 5 years but you must also declare the accidents
Although you may still get full NCD you will be charged a higher basic premium because of the accident - even with your current insurerTANSTAAFL !0 -
