A few boarded up houses have not sold, even with reasonable offers.
By a dive, do nothing, sell at a profit is just not going to happen.
Lot 4, sensible seller accepted 80k, when other houses in the road sold for over 100k last year.
Lot 18 went for 58k, would have got over 70k last year.
