    A few boarded up houses have not sold, even with reasonable offers.

    By a dive, do nothing, sell at a profit is just not going to happen.

    Lot 4, sensible seller accepted 80k, when other houses in the road sold for over 100k last year.

    Lot 18 went for 58k, would have got over 70k last year.

    Looking at the house price websites for comparisons, the peak of house prices in Liverpool in general was Autumn 2007.

    lot 23, decent detached house. bought for 129k in 2002, highest price ever reached on the road is 185k, unsold at 205k!

    Guide isn't reserve. They might put a low guide on to get people interested in it.

    Yes, but if it weren't it wouldn't be so cheap.

    And it's somebody's idea of "home", with their mum and friends in that street and round the corner.

    Or ideal for a wide boy or gun/drug merchant to set up shop.

    Nice knocking shop.
