Standing Charge or not?
I've just done a price comparison and I'd be better off switching to Scottish Power from Southern Electric on Duel Fuel. The dilemma I'm facing is do I do the option with a Standing Charge or without as they both come up as exactly the same price.
I've currently got a Standing Charge with Southern Electric so is it just best to keep the Standing Charge.
