So , statements dated, say 30th April, will have to be paid by 29th April, in order to be interest free ?
Considering, you only get the statement after the "due date", does anybody find this a bit ridiculous ?

the point is not whether its rediculous but is it correct?

How could it be correct when you have a "due date" that occurs before you get the statement ?

Have to agree with Clapton, this seems an unlikely charge for "normal" purchases, otherwise it is a shotgun discharge into the foot move for B/C.:D

Suppose it could be a test move on low credit score card issues

    A. Always Pay Balance in Full.

    B. Not stupid enough to make cash withdrawals, way to expensive. Dont gamble, and no not used it for foreign currency either.

    C. And no not used it overseas, as not been holiday yet.

In that case I can't see any easy explanation... I would simply track this next month (maybe it was a one off glitch) and see if it happens again. If it does I'ld simply close the card.
I just feel if they had changed the rules it would have been mentioned here dozens of times by now.
