Edinburgh Hotel/B&B Help Wanted

My girlfriend and i are going to try and get down to Edinburgh for the festival this year..
Have been looking on the web etc for accomodation and im being quoted crazy prices like £160 a night etc..
Does anyone know of any cheap hotels, B&B's etc? 8th & 9th August..
I think the only alternative may be a Euro Hostel at £56 for a private room.?

I used www.activehotels.com the last time I went to Edinburgh. I stayed in a B&B for £30 a night but it wasn't during the festival. They have a wide range of prices and I like that they ask for customer reviews, which you can read.0
