how to claim back some of you unplanned o/d charges or returnd items

hello there i work for lloyds tsb phone bank so i can tell you how to claim back your charges the easy way (no cort case some 1 like me fills it out)
ok first of all for you to do it this way you need to follow theese guids

1. you cannot be charged anything in the past 12 months in terms of unplanned overdraft charges or returnd DD/SO's

2. it depends on your risk band (we see it but we cant tell you it. if you know it by getting a credit scoring (expedia online site or privicy guard through lloyds tsb as far as im aware both are one pound for 30 days then 6.99)

ok so if your risk band 1,2,3 you need to be overdrawn by less than 25 pound then you can claim back a maximum of 10 daily fees and one monthly fee (75 total)

if your 4-9
then you need to be overdrawn by less than 10pound and again max 10 day charges and one month charge so again 75 pound

and for returned item fee's you can get ONE item fee refunded/waiverd

I echo, we advisors may SEEM stupid, but if you are RUDE to us, we won't even TRY and help you.

Sorry, but I too have the right to be treated with respect in the workplace. Even if you have had problems with my colleagues, you never know, I might be different.

    Being polite doesn't hurt.
