Click2pay and Noble poker....

My gripe is more to do with the rip off that is click2pay than Noble poker but as you will see they are bothlinked together in the same story....
I must admit, I join most poker sites to get there bonuses then move elsewhere. That way, I normally get my stake back + a little profit then I gamble with the rest. If I win, I take it. If I lose, I'm not fussed anyway as its free money.
I joined Noble poker about 4 weeks ago and their offer was deposit £20 get $10 free + 100% match up (the match ups usually hard to achieve). When I went to register my card (a visa debit), Noble poker couldn't accept it and recommended I used one of their other methods - send a cheque, nettellor and click2pay. I opted for click2pay for no specific reason, registered my £20 with them and joined the poker site instantaneous.
Nothing was untoward until I checked my online bank statement. Instead of £20 debited, there was £21.14 took out of my account. Now this isn't much and I understand the company has to make money so I wasn't too bothered by the small charge. I played the site and my required number of hands and had my balance up to £35.
Great I thought, I'll lift £25 out and play with the winnings. I clicked on withdraw and the £25 was immediately taken away from my balance on Noble. I kept checking my balance on click2pay to see when the £25 went in. 2 day's I waited before I emailed noble to see where the money had went. "We keep your money in a holding account for 3 day's.... just in case you change your mind". True enough when I searched through noble I found a small icon saying holding account.
After the 3 day's were up, true enough, the money left my noble poker account but it wasn't until 5 day's before it showed up on the click2pay account. Great, I thought, now all I have to do is transfer the money back onto my card. So I clicked on the withdraw funds option and straight away, I'm hit with the message, "You do not have a high enough star rating to withdraw funds. Please email support for more info."
So I emailed support and fair play to them after a day, they got back to me, updating my star rating to 2 and now I could withdraw my money. Only I couldn't withdraw money. You see, while click2pay are happy to take money out of your debit card, they're not to happy to put it back in. Your then left with only one option and that is for them to issue a cheque...... But there are charges for a cheque. £2 to be precise and the wording of there terms are a bit ambiguous.
I now have £25 in my click2pay account and a £2 charge to meet. But if I ask for a £25, will they add on the £2 on top of that? This would leave me minus £2 in their account, probably incur more charges and make them more money. No, I thought, I'll only ask for £23, that way if they do put the £2 on top, I won't go into minus figures. So I asked for the cheque to be issued for £23.
5 days later my cheque arrived. Not the £23 I had hoped for but for £21. To use noble poker had cost me £3.14 and while I made money on the poker, I gave it to click2pay in charges.
I've still £2 in my click2pay account but as it will cost me £2 to issue a cheque, I don't think I'll claim it. I've also now over £10 in my noble poker account but I'm not going to bother exchanging it until I win something half decent.
One final point to the affair. I'm with the halifax, they take 8 working days to clear a cheque. So overall, to get my winnings on Noble poker took 18 days, something most British poker sites pay almost instantaneous.
Steer clear of ripof2pay.....
