Microwave - what power level?

I've just bought a new microwave as my old one gave up after many years service. My old one used to have a reheat meal button but the new one doesn't. I've looked through the user guide, but it doesn't give any clues on what level to use for re-heating rather than cooking.
It has various power levels from 100% down to 20%, but i'm not sure what level to use. I've had a look onthe web for any general microwave info, but can't find anything. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

I am quite sure that you can use any power level to heat something: the higher the level and the smaller the weight, the shorter the time needed. From my experience with maximum level of 900W you need about 2.5 minutes to heat about 200g (a cup of water). With 50% level it will take twice as much time etc ...0

Mine is 1000w and a catagory E.
Some foods on the back tell you the cooking times and power to use by the microwaves catagory.
For reheating your own meals I would use a medium setting and keep checking it. The more you do it the easier you will be able to judge it.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

Use full power to re-heat. Delicate things and sugery/fruit fillings may be better using a lower setting to ensure even heating without bubbling out. HTHLife's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0

Thanks. I'll give it a go on full power. I was a bit concerned as I was sure my last microwave's re-heat setting wasn't full power, but it was old, so I guess times change!

I've never bothered with power levels. Everything goes in on full power - if it's bubbling merrily, stop it and if it still feels a bit cool, stick it back in for another couple of minutes.0
