Help, and its my 1st time!
<HR style="COLOR: #660000" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I have been trying to reclaim my bank charges, like meny others, it has got as far as the courts,I have had 2 nasty letters from Lloyds asking me to withdraw my claim, as they will win the case and i will then have to pay there costs,
I have today received a letter from the courts with a defense, just like the test case, what would you do in my shoes?:o
