    your right - I just get the jitters whenever i hold up a pair of scissors to it!

    does anyone know any good tricks for getting the V-neck even? I mean its easy with the bottoms of trousers but how do you stop the V being wobbly?

    Try sewing a v neck in the jumper before you cut it - if you do a double line of sewing with a gap then you can cut between them.
