Fit Flops - any good?

Did you get them in a shop or on- line? if so did you guess the size.
I take 4 to 4 1/2 or 5 depending on the shoe.
I bought mine (Bronze/Pink) online from http://www.beautyexpert.co.uk/
I heard they came up big so ordered 1 size smaller.
I would guess being between a UK4-5 that you'd need the size 4.0 -
