Fit Flops - any good?

Hi, Ive seen these on the Boots website and wondered if they are any good? They claim to tone up thighs, bum, stomach etc as well as improving core muscle strength! too good to be true?:o

    Yep, i've got a pair!

I'm not sure they actually 'give my legs a workout' as such, but they're so comfortable. Since the warm weather i've been wearing them all the time!

They're pretty well made & sturdy, so will probably last a lot longer than your average pair of flip flops.

I've got a 'natural' pair (kinda like a creamy color) on order from here. I'm a little sceptical, as i didn't get on too well with MBT's when they first came out a few years back. I guess it's how much you put into it, i'm sure they will help a little if i can get into the habit of wearing them every day!

Do you need to be fitted for them? I've read on here somewhere that the sizes are generous!

They do come up a bit big.

    I'm normally a UK 5 1/2 - 6 and a size 5 fit me perfectly.

Did you get them in a shop or on- line? if so did you guess the size.

    I take 4 to 4 1/2 or 5 depending on the shoe.

THey do work but only if you use them properly , ram them in your mouth so you can stuff your face with cakes and crisps or hte other way is go to the supermarket and put them on the top of someones car then run after it when they drive off with them on the roof. Failing that just stop eating !!!! and excercise more , what is it with people who want a quick fix these days?? Sheesh

If you can't help the OP why post at all?

OP, I found the MBTs were really hard work at first, but they did seem to strengthen my leg and thigh muscles which seemed to take away a lot of the pain I used to get in my lower back
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
