Help needed - changed suppliers/not capped
Hello there
Does anyone know what (if anything) I can do if I have changed suppliers, am after the 7 day cooling off period, but not yet had to give meter readings, when I have switched to British Gas so the price is going to go up, so it is no longer the cheapest....?

The advice from Martin told us not long ago "this is the time to switch", so I switch and I'm in the same situation as you (although moved to npower)
But now Martin says "Switch to capped!!"
There must be many people like us
I guess once the switch has happened you could change tarriff to capped?0
