I have just finished the application process for an Icesave fixed one-year savings term but have not been provided with a User ID with which I can log in to my account - how do I get that?
Also, do I need to go in branch to arrange a transfer of money to this account or can I just use my online banking facility to do it?

I dont have the 1yr fixed account but I do have an isa and normal (easy) access savings account.
As I recall when I opened my Icesave account I had half the password emailed to me and the other half came in the post.
All the other details were as when I filled out the form.
I can transfer by BACS from my linked account with no problems.
ICESAVE also works with Egg money manager if you use it.0
