Beware Argos NPower Scam

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to bring to people's attention that I registered with npower to switch over to them in an Argos store last summer. As a thankyou for switching, their promotion was a £25 Argos voucher. 9 months on, hours on the phone to them on their premium rate numbers and still no voucher.
Anyone with similar experiences and any advice please?
