please help.... lloydstsb charges

soooo glad i have found this forum, as i have been trying to get advice on this for ages, but keep getting told really different things!!

im with lloydstsb, and whilst at university got charged overdraft excess fees (normally at £60, £90 a time) for going a few pounds over my overdraft for a few days, (normally before student loan went in!)

anyway, when all this came out that you could claim back bank charges, think it was nearly a year ago now, i printed the letters off the internet, worked out all they had charged me, and it came to just under £600. (this isn't counting interest they charged me, it said in the letter to put that in too, but as the interest was only a couple of pounds at a time, i thought this was fair to charge me it, so just put the huge excess fees in)

anyway, they never responded to me, so i rang them up and they told me to send the letter again recorded delivery, so i did. never heard from them again, so rang them up again, they said as they were in court over it at the minute, they didn't have to respond to anyone.

now i have heard they have lost the court case over it, and the charges were unfair, so just wondering how i would go about claiming them back now.

would appreciate any help, thank you.

It's not over yet, you should read the links in my signature for more information. If you are in the process of claiming, you should carry on until the point where you cannot continue due to the court stay.
