Interesting picture to use to sell a house?

Okay, not as good as the grim reaper in the living room that was posted a few months back (if anyone has a screen shot of that, please post it again to cheer me up!). However, quite interesting. Do you think he or she is part of the package?

May be the house has an agricultural occupancy condition and that's why it is in an auction! They hope nobody will notice the condition - but the pig suggests some agricultural connection so it is a kind of obscure back protection for the agents if someone successfully bids for it and hasn't looked at the legal pack!RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0 -
If you look at the full details, they're also selling the "Cornish Pig Company" and all the livestock

For a very reasonable price - unless the business doesn't make a profit... even so nice house.

I want that house........ and the pig please, I think thats my almost dream house (could be a bit older), it seems a cheap price to me, guessing at agricultural occupancy as well.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0
