3 property auctions today - Weds 14 May

As the title. 3 property auctions today:

Two here:

http://www.eigroup.co.uk/onlineauctions/

The first one has a lot of North London properties, an area that hasn't seen much drop in prices yet. The second is a small Ipswich based auction.

Also this auction is in Hertfordshire, though I can't find a live auction link.

Each time I look, it is showing properties as unsold.

    How many are selling?
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Lot 21 just made its guide price.
    Lot 22 unsold - flat
Lot 23 just made its guide price

I seem to be jinxing the sales when I watch.

Lots 38 and 39 unsold despite reaching good prices. Lot 42 unsold at 182.5 when the guide price was 180. And lot 43 unsold. Some people clearly don't realise there is a HPC. At this rate the auctioneers will have sold maybe only half of the properties for auction. I think we'll be seeing auctioneers going out of business next! Lot 45 unsold, guide price £500, bid to £490 - I'd be snapping their hand off to get within £10k of the value! Lot 46 guide price £350plus - bid to only 305 unsold - ouch. This is absolutely fascinating, never watched one before - I've been watching for half an hour and not seen a single property sold yet!
