Hi there I live in a remote part of scotland where we still have no broadband as we are 10 miles from the exchange and the lines arent suitable,bt say that we may have broadband by 2010 but even so we recieve calls regularly from them telling us we have broadband now, after one of these calls which my husband took the lady said that we now definitly have it as "the computor says " so he knew how happy i would be and signed up.as we are a rural area everyone knows everyone so i asked our local bt enginerr if this is true he said no we dont have broadband,so to cut a long story short the box arrived from bt we sent it back as it was of no use to use only to find a month later we had been billed and are still been billed for bb dispite phone calls to bt in where i now feel i am permantly in a little britain scetch as all the calls end with "the computor says"you have broadband so we cant cancel the contract, in the small pocket we share with people here who cant get bb yet i have discoverd bt have also done the same to them and have driven people mad trying to get there money back,i am lothe to ring them again as it gets you no where, its bad enough we cant get this service, then haveing our noses rubbed in it, is there somewhere we can complain bt too for the harrasment they are giveing us and if they asked our local enginers instead of a computor they would stop demanding payment for a service we cant recieve!!!!! sorry about the rant but can anyone help???? thanks

I would have first tried to hold them to contract and to supply the broadband I am paying for.
Assuming you want ADSL.
I am sure they could supply if they had to.0
