Tax credits renewal question ???

I have had the forms through to renew my annual tax credits award, so Hubby is going to get P60 from work today and I am going to phone up for mine, my question is that I changed jobs in Feb of this year so will my P60 include both jobs as I had 2 different ones in the tax year or will I need to get one from my previous employer and add them together????
