    hi poor and everyone else
    just thought id pop into say good luck with your walk and if you can have them ibuprofen are better for muscular pain
    DO NOT take if your asthmatic(sp?) though
    read the label!
    paracetamol works best for headaches as its released to the brain but ibu works for muscles x
    I am not bossy I just have better ideas:p

    Hi IA - I seem to have scared them all away with my bra talk, am very jealous of your wine, could murder a nice dlass of dry white.

    Lucifa - just saw your response - yup, loads of them too - not sure about Edinburgh but London is 15,000 people and raised over £8m last year.

    Thanks bubbles, sadly I am asthmatic. I can get away with the odd very occasional ibruprofen now and then but if i take it for a long time it does seem to mess with my asthma so I don't want to risk it on the walk. I may push the boat out and go for paracetamol and codeine though :rotfl:

    Thank you for the good luck - I think I will need it, am hoping to sleep most of Saturday so that the lack of sleep doesn't get me.
