Cashback deals when opening a new account rather than switching

They state 'when switching' on Quidco so can I still get cashback when I open a new account with them? I've tried a couple and it asks for previous suppliers details but we will not be switching as we are moving to a new address. Any ideas how I get a new account and get the CB deals on Q?

Thanks

Does the new address you are moving to not have a supply there then? Is it a new build?

If there is already a supply to the house you will have to register with the supplier before switching, so you will really be switching prividers, if there is no supply to the property (new build house or whatever) then I dont think you can get cashback because you would have to deal with the supplier direct.

OK thanks, hubby said that electric was there already so we get the keys today and will go and check. That makes perfect sense, thank you.
