Barclays Car insurance- do they use Autoglass??

My OHs car is insured with Barclays. He has windscreen cover but we cannot fine any detils eith in the policy booklet or online as to the procedure for getting windcreen replaced (it has crack in it)

I know my own insurance company use autoglass and was wondering if anyone knew if Barclays were the same

    You don't have to use Autoglass, but they can deal with most of the main insurers. My insurer has a deal with RAC Auto Windscreens, but I wasn't happy with some of their workmanship. Autoglass always do a good job for me, but I have a guy with a screen repair franchise who has repaired some pretty big cracks and chips which the big firms would have automatically replaced...much better for the environment. They're called OptiKleer, I think.

    how big is the crack?

    I had a small crack in my windscreen. Got it done in Tesco car park while I shopped. The glass company involved took my policy details(needs to be fully comp I think)and I just signed a docket.
