last year i sent off some tokens and (i think about £1 cheque) for 2 sunflower packs when the promotion was on for both my children,i had forgot all about it until now when planting out things in the garden,(not recieved anything) so i grabbed a pack out of the cupboard no number just address' so looked it up on their website and called, a lovely lady(sorry can't remember her name or find the paper i wrote it on) not only said she would pass it on to the team who had dealt with the promotion which finished last year, but also called me back to advise they would be on their way and to call back if not recieved,yesterday both children recieved their pack,so thank you -wonderful service and result and sorry to the lady in question as at the time i wrote down her name ,but have put it in "MY SAFE PLACE"where all things of importance are stored(the crown jewels could be there as noone can ever find anything there-SO THANK YOU SUGAR PUFFS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good Lady Freda sent off for wome aliens a few years back when Freddie grumbled none were in the packet. A few weeks later 2 aliens appeared for Master Freddie! And I just love them Honey Monster nuggets.

PS Still not found who Master Freddie is though!
