I agree with amandathepanda - the type of account they have can only have returned payment fees applied - no interest & no unauthorised o/d fees are applied as this account is a basic account with no o/d or cheque book

it's no help if the staff member appeared rude, but very often the customer takes the information given the wrong way as what they are being told is not what they want to hear
