No really. Brookside Close is up for sale. All of it.
Some cosmetic refurbishment is required, though.

Now that's the sort of place I thought would have been punted out to Councils/HAs first. All contained in one area like that.0

does it come complete with bodies under the patio?

This was previously bought by a developer, and was going to be renovated to produce 'executive style' properties (which is surprising considering the size of some of the properties).
Looks like they have given up on that idea ...Gone ... or have I?0 -

I was gonna say that, lol.0 -
I was gonna say that, lol.
And me
2 million seems quite a lot for 13 houses in Liverpool? I don't know the area at all, but with them in a poor state of repair, £153 grand a piece seems a lot! I suppose there is a fair bit of land but surely offers over 2 million is a bit optimistic even if you are buying Jimmy Corkhill's house?0 -

if it came with Anna Friel it would be worth whatever the costIt's a health benefit ...0

Not to mention they are probably all built to very low spec i.e not enough sockets , probably not working cooker points, boilers, water systems etc
says substantial refurb not cosmetic could mean there are not even any services connected. However the land must be worth at least the 2million asked for.

Just looked at the link someone has a sense of humour as one of the photos is of a patio.
Actually looks like Sinbad was the last one to do the windies too.

There is an amusing blog on the topic here from when it was reported on the BBC in November last year. (Complete with an official quote from the NAEA about declaring ghosts on the HIP.)0
