Having a nightmare with Virgin Mobile

I ordered a phone on saturday morning online for delivery on Monday. I got my mum to stay in all day Monday, it didn't arrive, after 2 calls to Virgin they promised delivery Tuesday, so my mum stayed in all day again, no phone, I've now spoken to 6 different people who promise to sort it out but no one does, it's so maddening, not one person has phoned me back to let me know what's happening. A further annoyance is that i have to hold for upto half an hour each time before i get to speak to someone.
They have taken the money but i have no idea where the phone is.
Any advice would be gratefully received!

  • Sorry no advise to give but if that was me i'd tell them to stuff it and request a refund, especially as you've talked to so many people and nothing seems to be moving :confused:
