Rocket Dog boots from T-reds broken!

I bought some boots from T-reds in Nov. I've just taken them back as the inside is ripped and the stitches are coming through the bottom. I can't wear them and they are in an awful state. They cost £60!
T-reds have had a look at them as say it's normal wear and tear. It is not! Now what do I do? I want a replacement or vouchers back as they are not wearable and have literally fallen apart!
Any ideas? Please help.
