Clarks shoes, customer service wonderful

Nor quite sure if this is the right place. But I have just had a full refund for a pair of sandalls I bought from Clarks in March 2007. The dye started to rub off on my feet so I wroTe to them to ask if there was a way to stop it, thinking they would suggest a suitable product. They wrote back asking for a copy of my receipt, and pictures of the sandalls as they wanted to investigate further After about 2 weeks they wrote and said they felt the sandalls weren't up to their required standards and gave me a full refund.
