Experian not replying to my complaint.

Hi, a month ago I obtained my credit report and everything was clear and settled apart from my alliance and leicester current account which was showing two 2's instead of zero's. When I looked at the meaning it said I had missed two payments. But I hadn't as my wage is paid in and bills go out, no payments missed on anything. So I wrote to Alliance and Leicester with a copy of the credit report and asking them to make the changes and explain what the problem was.

The letter I got back 6/5/2008 said 'I have checked with the information supplied by us to Experian/Equifax and Call Credit Ltd and found that a change is necessary. As a result, they have been asked to update their records accordingly. I trust this resolves the matter to your satisfaction, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.'

Now when I check my credit report only one 2 has been removed and I have sent emails to experian about the other number 2 still there and I am not getting a reply at all.

Tried to ring alliance and leicester but they need a phone pin which I have lost so that means I cannot talk to a customer advisor which is annoying.

what do I do next?

sorted:D my bank gave me experians number and they have now cleared my report. yippee!
