IB50 form and medical

I have just received an IB50. The last time I received one was about 18 months ago and at that time they asked me to send in a Med 4 form from my GP. After I submitted it they said that I didn't need to send in any more doctor's notes and I didn't hear anything else from them until this IB50 form arrived. My condition hasn't improved since my last form, if anything, it is worse with 3 hospital admissions in the last 3 months. I am concerned that they haven't asked for a med4 form this time - Is this significant?

I think you only need to send one in the first time.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
I got IB50 in November and it did not ask for Med4, when I phoned and asked why they said they had already sent a form to my doctor to fill in and they did not need any further medical evidence.
I would also add that I returned it in November and have still not recieved a lterr or word to go for a medical, I phoned again a few days ago and was just told had not been sent yet to dept that arranges medical and could not say if I acually ahve to have one.
If they did not ask for Med4 do not worry about it just send your IB50 back if they need anything else they will contac your doctor direct.TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T0
