Holiday ideas for next summer

Hello all, I'm after some ideas on where to go for my summer holiday next year.
My last 2 holidays have been to Side in Turkey and Elounda in Crete. Whilst both of these have relaxing, we're looking for somewhere a bit more lively.
We want somewhere reasonably warm but here comes the problem, the GF won't go back to anywhere that she's been before so that discounts -
Crete
Turkey
Zante
Lanzarote
Gran Canaria
Cyprus
Egypt
Tenerife
Obviously I would like to book this as early as possible so we can save a bit of cash. I've just looked at Portugal and can book all inclusive for the price we paid for self catering in Crete.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

just a suggestion, get yourself a new GF, and go wherever YOU want to go !! :rotfl:Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

Or give her the budget and let her do the research and make the bookings.0 -
Vegas sounds cool, but we're not the sort of people who are into gambling so is there anything else to do in the area
I have thought about getting a new girlfriend but the current one scares me too much
And there is no way I'm letting her book the next holiday, she's booked the last 2 and they've been too quiet. I keep saying that we should investigate before booking but she sees a bargain and just books it  But as she pays for it, I can't complain too much :rolleyes:0 -

Keep her while she pays and get yourself on a boys holiday to get the excitement.
whats the budget?
We stopped going in the summer, it's more expensive and warm enough in the UK so we go off season to get something cheaper and over the winter to get something warmer. Can still do a few weekends if needed during the summer.
If the budget is over £300 for food, accomodation and transport then you are in cruise teritory so a bit of everthing, pick the right ship and there will be night life if you want it.
The standard western med will cover places you have not been yet..0 -
there's loads to do in vegas if you dont gamble
you've got the pools, if you're relatively young... the hard rock and/or palms pools are awesome. you've got shows, clubs, museums, buffets, shopping. You can keep yourself busy for at least 4 or 5 days in vegas. If you go longer, you can drive to the grand canyon. I dunno though, it depends on what you like to do on holiday. If you're going for a beach holiday or to get away from the city, dont go to vegas. But if you want great night life and, almost certainly, a great time (because you dont gamble...bad memories). Still, i wasn't really a gambler when i went, but i just had a littler flutter on the old blackjack... you are in vegas after all!
