I've also emailed their customer services department asking that in future they consider adding the facility for OFS downloads on demand .... but I won't hold my breath !0 -

I didn't know about OFX, only quif so thanks for the info in post 5.
I tend to use my passport and Council Tax bill for ID purposes. You're right that some people won't accept an internet statement - but some of them now look very similar to the real thing (e.g. Birmingham Midshires).
I really can't understand why so many Banks don't support the file export formats for Microsoft Money. It should be straight-forward to build the interface and it would make customers like me more likely to manage our money with them. Anything to avoid manual typing
