Get yourself to Rue then in the middle of the town. There are 3 bars there, owned by the same company and they are literally side by side: Bar Ten: The Ostlers Arms and Rue.

Theres a disco in Rue on the Saturday night as well, so you are time enough to hit there around 10:30 or 11:00pm.
I agree - those are the three main pubs for the 20'ish agegroup and handy as they are all beside each other. Utopia is ok but I haven't been there for years so can't honestly say what it's like.
Sally O'Briens bar and nightclub i being refurbished and looks to be almost completed...don't know when it's open though.
The nearest B&B from that list to the town is the Ardmore one which is literally 5 minutes walk from town centre. The rest could take you between 10 and 20 minutes walk.
Not much happening on Sundays - if you want to go out of the town a few miles - there is The Gortin Glens forest park - a nice spot for picnics and walking - or The Ulster American Folk Park which is always a good tourist attraction - check if they have any events going on like concerts or music etc....Their big Bluegrass festival is on every September and draws thousands of people from around the world - evn if you don't like Bluegrass - the craic and atmosphere is brilliant.
