Theres no reason what so ever why you cant use a sunscreen every day but tbh I dont think it would be that moisturising without causing clogging of the pores (and spots etc) long term
I use oils for cleansing and moisturising. Cheap castor oil for cleansing a ready mix of rose and jojoba oils for night time moisturising.0 -
I cant use the ordinary sun lotions/creams on my face, as they tend to sting my eyes, no matter how careful I am. At the moment I'm using a facial sun lotion I got cheap at the end of last summer from M&S. Cant remember what the full price was, but I only paid about £3ish for it. I cant see it being that expensive anyway, as there reasonably priced, and intend buying more when this one runs out, if we get the weather for me to use it that is :rotfl:
Thanks for posting Happysad, as I missed the programme and was wondering what had been said.

Do you all re-apply the face cream throughtout the day? Ive thought about it before, with a body sun-cream you are supposed to re-apply it every couple of hours, but when you apply the face one in the morning before putting make-up on, after a couple of hours the SPF must be wearing off?If marriage means you fell in love, does divorce mean you climbed back out?:rotfl:0

I dont wear my make-up during the day when its sunny. I've been using my daughters facial tanning mousse (sorry I cant remember which brand) I use it at night so I've got a bit of colour on my face the next morning, than use my normal moisturiser, then the facial sunscreen, and yes, I top it up during the day. That said, I'm back to wearing the make-up again, as I live in the North East and its gone cloudy and cool again, hope thats not the end of our summer.
