nat west current account - bank statement query.

hello!

just a quick query - i've got a £50 overdraft with nat west. i was checking my bank statement earlier and my balance is -£7 but i have £25 available - does this mean i'm £7 into my overdraft or i have £25 remaining from my overdraft?
i never use my overdraft usually, but this month i've had to wait an extra month for my wages 'cause of the tax year so i've had to dip into it, but it's confused me! i don't want to exceed my arranged limit otherwise i'll get charged to the high heavens!

thanks in advance.
