Unfair bank charges, overdraft taken away without notice or notification?

I put a claim in for charges totalling to over £200 early last year after my overdraft was cut from £750 to £0 with any notification or notice (it was about 2 weeks till i noticed because my card was still working to pay at shops, but only noticed when i went to get cash out). but they sent a letter back saying it would be dealt with when the test case was decided.
But now my head is a little clearer (out of bad relationship), ive realised that this doesnt really come under the 'normal' unfair category.
Can anyone advise on how to go about wording a claim for these charges so that they dont pile it with the other unfair charges, or is it too late for something like that?

I would use the templates. There are various reasons why people have incurred charges.
On a personal level, it is significant in working out how you can manage your finances better.
However on a legal and reclaiming level, it makes little difference unless it's a mistake on the part of the bank.0 -
