upright indesit fridge freezer seems to be making 'breathing noises' every now and then?
At present its sitting in the lounge (whats going to be lounge) as the place is stripped out and the firsge has very little in it, but makes these breathnig noises every now and then and the back of it sometimes is quite warm t touch. Is this normal and its just that ive never noticed it before?

they do get quite warm at the back and if there is very little in it ,it's working overtime0

When we were doing our kitchen out we moved our fridge freezer and it became very noisy. We adjusted the screw leg things (sorry for bad description) on the bottom to equalise the height. Worked a treat.

Just wondering, could you F/F be a frost free one? As it may automaticaly be auto-frosting.
I have got a frost free F/F which had to be put in the living room, as it was too big (by half a cm...) for kitchen and now and again it would makes a breathing noise, not only that, it starts crackling and now an again you hear a loud pop noise because it just popped a icycle! Very scary when you are trying to watch a horror film in you living room!0 -
If it's frost free, they do make more noise, sometimes very loud bangs. I was told by engineer that this is "normal". However my new FF is now an old fashioned one that needs defrosting, and it's really quiet:smileyhea A SMILE COSTS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING0
