Barclaycard Health Croydon

Barclaycard Health Croydon at £21.78 per month is an entry that keeps coming on one of my credit card statements. This was an insurance that I took out some time ago. I've never had to claim on it; I am fit; I have an aviation medical; and I have been thinking for some time that I should cancel it.

The problem I've got is that I can't find the documents that I have that describe what it is, and how to cancel it.

Does anybody have an address, telephone number or website at which I can contact them to cancel this contract, please?

Thanks,

David

The customer services telephone number for Barclaycard is 0844 811 9111 (01604 230230 for a geographocal number according to saynoto0870.com). Give them a call and they should be able to give you the details of the insurer and a number to call to get the policy cancelled.

Most of Barclays policies are provided by NU, but I'm not positive about the financial services products.

  • Hello,

I've just cancelled mine - direct tel number (after lots of calls to India, getting cut of twice and then being put through to the motor insurance dept  ) is 08000 929720.

They cancelled mine over the telephone but did ask me a few questions etc.

You dont need your policy number just your postcode.

    :T :money:
