I have to say even I'm struggling to get animated about house prices these days.
Property is just so Summer 2004.
If it's going to just flatline for the next few years it's going to make for very boring dinner party conversation.
"Yes Quentin, I bought in 2005 and now 3 years later my house is worth exactly the same!"
"Bravo"

I thought I would pose the question to see how many people replied. All those IO monkeys and BTL chavs will be too busy hiding under their tables from the bailiffs.
Keep my username handy. I might purchase your properties cheap in the auction soon.0 -
I might be a bit numb well actually theres no 'might' about it, but it only occured to me the other day why some people seem always deny any drops or they want to talk up the market, when house price drops are actually a better thing for most people.
Its probably because they have all released equity, right up to present day value and they would be knackered if they drop in price.
I think we have got to the point where every other advert on tv starts with "are you a home owner and need some money?"0
