IT WILL get easier with time, everyones been through exactly what your feeling, I was the same good job decent wage then after 2 car accidents fell ill unable to work & debts mounting bankruptcy was my only way out & i'm glad I did, you'll go through such a huge range of emotions, I was depressed for quite sometime but the releif of taking hold & sorting my debt problem helped & you'll be the same with the support of everyone here...remember you dont need to go through this alone!

i have spoke to them and i am entitled to go bankrupt there is a problem with my car tho, my ex husband and my family all chipped in to buy me a newer car because i look after my disabled mum, i take her shopping and to hospital appointments and needed a more reliable car to do it but i might have to sell it as it might be classed as an asset so might have to sell it and get myself an (old banger) but i need a reliable car for her and my kids so dont know what to do my family will go mad as they helped me pay for it and secondly i dont know how im going to find £400 to pay the court for bankrupsy im not working and dont know what i can do. all this is making me so ill, i have nothing to sell to get the money. karen
