Cost to run Therm at a higher setting?

Say i set the Therms on the radiators to 15 degrees, is it dearer to run at 25 or is it the same price?

    Is this a serious question?

    If people are told to turn their thermostats down 1 deg to same roughly 10%, I'm sure you can deduce that it will cost more to have your rooms at a hotter temperature.
