Alliance and Leicester Premier 21

Hi,
I am 16 and am looking to apply for the Alliance and Leicester Premier 21 account. I shall be starting further education in September 2008 and shall be getting £30 a week EMA. This shall be paid into the Premier 21 account.
Do I to have started the course in order to apply for this account. Additionally, it asks me for my annual income which shall be around £1000. I am contractually obliged to pay this into the Premier 21 account?
Finally, will they give me a cheque book?
Thanks.

Their website states:
Pay in your earnings. This could be your wages, allowances or other regular money you may receive
Hope this helps0 -

Looks like a question?
I find the T&Cs on that aspect of the Premier 21 a bit curious. As the previous post :Pay in your earnings. This could be your wages, allowances or other regular money you may receive
.... it's delightfully vague. But paying in the EMA appears to be enough ... just ask them? There's no minimum stipulation, which you get with a lot of accounts. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
