Has anyone lost a claims Court Decision !!

:rotfl: :cool: Since the Claims rush began, has anyone any knowledge of some unfortunate Person actualy being turned down in the Banks favour in a Court case? and , are the Banks still in some sort of no-mans land about there decisions on claims. or is it now a case that they have misplaced optimism about any future Court appearances / Meetings with the OFT. the Halifax appear to be just a little bit over confident with there attitude and persona over the Telephone ! or maybe i am just paranoid that my £££££'s are lost forever > I would be so much better at wasting it than they could ever be ?
