Premium Bonds - No Certificates

Ok I have some premium bonds, no idea how much, I have no certificates.

However, I got hold of a slip which had my name and old address on it a a year ago, and I updated the details with them. I have the 'change of details form' which has all my info on and my holders number.

Now I want to cash the premium bonds in. However, to do so I have to fill a form which asks for my information and the bond information, however, I know nothing about these bonds as I have no certificates. With each Bond it asks for the bond number and if the certificate is missing. As I do not have this, I don't know what to do...

Phone them up, give them your holders number and address and ask for a statement of your bond numbers - they will post it to you - doesn't take long.
Think the number is 0500 007 007
