Capital One delays :(

Hey guys, just a piece of info for you 
I applied for a Capital One CC and got accepted with condition to me paying £200 security deposit blah blah blah.......
...... I paid the £200 on saturday and calle dtoday to see if they had received it yet, was told not yet, normally takes 5 working days.
Ok, fair enough, I then asked how long it would be before I received my card and told me my anticipated issue date was .....wait for it...............17th OCTOBER!!!
Long time yes, but this is to just let those of you that have applied to capital one know that you will get your card (if you have been accepted) it's just taking a little longer to process due to a bit of a high amount of applications at their end
