Hi cargo, agree with you on the pva front, its mostly what i use 90% of the time, i tend to go with the feb stuff, but have used the wickes pva before and it did the job very well.

I agree also with the wickes PVA, even though I am not a plasterer, but I always carry PVA in my van, as I use it in the course of my work, and have found the Wickes one to be very good, as well as thier decorators caulk, but dont ever use thier emulsion, unless you want to lose the will to live.:rolleyes:
